The LEYO VMC855 machining center emphasizes robustness with all key components like the base, column, and worktable saddle crafted from high-quality gray cast iron via advanced resin sand casting. The dense and uniform metallographic structure undergoes secondary artificial aging to eliminate internal stress, ensuring precision. The column’s bottom A-frame bridge structure integrates with a wide box-type base for stable support, effectively suppressing vibration during cutting for optimal surface finish and tool life.
